No returns or exchanges due to change of mind will be accepted.
RETURNS
Refund requirements
- Returns or exchanges are applicable only for damaged/defective products or items not as ordered.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Climbing gear
Do Not Return Products to the Manufacturer
- Please refrain from returning purchased products directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund, please check with your bank first. Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some processing time. Next, contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at adventure21@singnet.com.sg
Communication
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, send us an email at adventure21@singnet.com.sg and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Climbing gear is non-exchangeable.
Shipping
- To return a product, mail it to: #09-43, 7 Gambas Crescent, Singapore 757087 (Ark@Gambas). You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
